In 1989 NADEX CO., LTD. invested in a manufacturer specializing in resistance welding controllers dominant in the USA, a country of motor vehicle superpower, together with the company’s management, and restarted the company as a joint venture. In November 2013, the company became a 100% subsidiary of NADEX CO., LTD.

The company is established by NADEX CO., LTD. as a 100% subsidiary. The company is engaged in design, manufacturing, sale and after-sale services of automobile manufacturing equipment taking advantage of welding-related technologies and know-how accumulated in NADEX Group.
